The Governor of Tartus, acting as head of the Executive Office, has announced a sealed-envelope tender for the supply, manufacture and installation of traffic signs at road crossings intersecting the railway line within the administrative jurisdiction of Tartus Governorate, pursuant to Law No. 51 of 2004.
The estimated value of the project is SYP 6,362,395, with an execution period of 150 days from the date of contract award. A delay penalty of 0.1% of the contract value applies for each day of delay beyond the agreed completion date.
The initial security is set at 5% of the estimated value, while the final security amounts to 10% of the contract value. Securities must be submitted in the form of a certified bank cheque, a bank guarantee, or a bank transfer to the account of the issuing authority. The tender dossier fee is SYP 3,000.
Bidders must satisfy the following conditions:
Bidders are bound by their offers for 120 days starting the day after the submission deadline. Shortlisted bidders remain bound for 180 days from the day following notification of contract award.
How to Apply
Offers must be submitted to the registry of the Directorate of Technical Services in Tartus during official working hours, no later than the end of business on Sunday, 19 July 2026. The project dossier may be reviewed at the Legal Affairs Department of the Directorate during official hours. Envelopes will be opened at 10:00 AM on the following day, 20 July 2026.
