Tender Subject and Scope of Work

The General Water and Sanitation Company of Homs Governorate has issued a sealed-envelope price solicitation under Request for Proposals No. 22 for the year 2026, published for the second time on an urgent basis. The scope of work covers the supply and installation of all materials necessary for the maintenance and repair of three generator sets serving the Tasnin, Deir Baalbeh, and Al-Qabou water stations in Homs Governorate.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

The company has established the following financial requirements for participation:

• Provisional guarantee: SYP 90,000 (ninety thousand new Syrian pounds), to be submitted alongside the bid in the form of a bank transfer, a valid bank guarantee, or a certified cheque endorsed in favour of the company.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Delay penalty: 0.001% of the contract value per day of delay.

Execution Period and Binding Duration

The execution period is set at fifteen days per generator set, and the project is divisible. The binding period extends ninety days beyond the final submission deadline, and the warranty period covers one full year from the date of completion.

Bidders must comply with the following conditions:

• Submit complete supporting documents and provide a full address within the bid.
• Any non-compliant bid will be rejected.
• The tender dossier may be obtained from the Contracts Department for SYP 500.
• Bids must be delivered to the company's general registry no later than the end of official working hours on 3 August 2026.
