The General Company for Metal Industries (Barada) has announced its intention to lease a property in its current condition by internal sealed-envelope auction, in line with the special conditions booklet, under auction number M2/2026.

The property is plot No. 163 in Rif Dimashq, Hosh Blas, next to the Hosh Blas telephone exchange, within the Darayya real estate district. It consists of a plant for refrigerators and metal industries.

Deposits and Financial Terms

The company set the provisional deposit at SYP 10,000,000, while the final deposit is 10% of the total contract value. The special conditions booklet is sold for SYP 5,000.

• Commitment of the nominated bidder: 45 days, starting from the date the auction is awarded to it.
