Latakia Governorate, through its Technical Services Directorate, has issued a full-speed tender notice (second round) under the "miscellaneous" classification. The notice contains ten projects covering school rehabilitation, road maintenance and construction, waste hauling and a topographic survey.

Scope of the Tender

Item 10 covers hauling waste from the Al-Muallaqa dump to the Qasiya landfill in the Qardaha area. Its estimated bill of quantities value is SYP 4,719,000, with a 90-day execution period and a specification book price of SYP 4,000. Item 3 covers hauling waste from the Kasab town council dump to the same landfill.

Bids are submitted to the directorate's registry until the end of official working hours on Sunday, 15 November 2026. Bids are opened at 10:00 on Monday, 16 November 2026. The notice was published on 4 November 2026.

Required Bidder Classification

The notice sets a bidder classification for each item: grades 5 to 6 for school works, the topographic survey and waste hauling, grades 3 to 5 for road works, and grades 4 to 6 for Al-Mrayj school.
