The General Establishment for Drinking Water and Sewage in Latakia governorate has announced a sealed-bid local tender, the first of its kind and marked for full urgency, numbered /8865/S and dated September 8, 2026, under the sewage networks category.

Scope of Work

The tender covers a project to build and replace sewage lines in Jableh area (2), with work extending across the city of Jableh and its Siyano area. The project forms part of the establishment's broader sewage network development efforts across Latakia governorate.

Estimated Value and Guarantees

The estimated value of the works has been set at 3,084,677 new Syrian pounds. Bidders are required to provide:
