The General Authority of Homs National Hospital has announced a third-round request for offers under the total-speed procedure for the supply of laboratory materials to the hospital. Bids close on Monday, 16 November 2026.

Scope of the Request

The notice covers the provision of laboratory materials for Homs National Hospital and carries tender number 134369. The notice states that the offer is divisible, so bidders may apply for part of the required materials.

Bonds and Fees

• Provisional bond: SYP 75,000 (new Syrian pounds).
• Final bond: 10% of the award value.
• Tender file price: SYP 1,000.
• Participation stamp fee: SYP 1,000.

The provisional bond may be submitted in one of three forms: a bank guarantee from an accredited bank in the Syrian Arab Republic, a certified cheque payable to the Authority, or a bank transfer from the bidder's account to the Authority's account.

Execution Period and Penalties

The Authority has set the execution period at three months. The delay penalty is one per thousand for each day of delay.

Bidders remain bound by their offers for 120 days from the end of the submission period, and the nominated contractor remains bound for 120 days from the date of award.

Offers must include the supporting documents prescribed by Law No. 51 of 2004, the participation stamp fee, the statutory stamps and a receipt showing subscription to the official announcements bulletin.
