Issuing Authority

Jandar Power Plant, part of the General Company for Jandar Power Generation in Homs Governorate, has announced internal tender No. 3 of 2026. This is the second time the tender has been issued. It runs by sealed envelope using the addition or deduction method, under the Contracts Law issued by Law No. 51 of 2004.

Scope of Works

The tender covers the rehabilitation of residential apartments in the worker housing complex belonging to the management of Jandar Power Plant. Works are to follow the specifications and technical conditions set out in the technical conditions booklet held at the plant.

Value and Guarantees

• Estimated value: SYP 78,784,825.
• Provisional guarantee: SYP 3,939,250.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value.

Execution and Warranty Terms

• Execution period: 240 days, starting the day after the contractor is notified of the commencement order.
• Warranty period: one full year.
• Bid validity: 90 calendar days.
• Delay penalty: one per thousand for each day of delay, capped at 20% of the total contract value.
