The Homs Awqaf Directorate has announced a public auction, held for the second time, for parts 1, 2 and 3 of waqf property No. 485 in the fifth real estate zone of Homs (Hama road), for equipping and investment. The notice is based on Central Awqaf Council decision No. 1418 dated 8 September 2025.

Auction Subject

The auction starts from an initial annual investment fee and covers a term of ten years from the commencement order. All three parts are governed by the special conditions book (technical, legal and financial) prepared by the Homs Awqaf Directorate.

Parts Offered

• Part 1: area 4,629 m2, southern orientation, starting annual investment fee SYP 2,500,000.
• Part 2: area 4,000 m2, southern orientation, starting annual investment fee SYP 2,000,000.
• Part 3: area 7,501 m2, eastern orientation, starting annual investment fee SYP 3,500,000.

Guarantees and Financial Obligations

The initial guarantee is SYP 150,000 per part and the final guarantee is SYP 300,000 per part. A bidder remains bound by its offer for 60 days. The winning bidder bears the advertising costs and fees.

Legal Framework

The auction rests on the Contracts System issued under Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Conditions Book issued under Decree No. 450 of 2004, and the provisions of Law No. 31 of 2018.
