The Syrian Railways General Establishment has announced an internal auction (for the second time) via sealed bids for the sale of an estimated quantity of 56,200 kg of burnt oils packed in barrels. These materials are located at the Establishment's repair centers in the governorates of Homs, Tartous, and Aleppo, according to the technical and legal conditions specified in the tender dossier.

An initial security deposit of 200,000 SYP is required.

A final security deposit of 10% of the total contract value must be provided upon award.

The tender dossier can be obtained from the Tenders Committee office at the General Administration building in Aleppo for a fee of 2,000 SYP.

The bidder remains bound by their offer for 90 days starting from the day following the submission deadline.
