Idlib University has announced a sealed-envelope tender (urgent procedure) for building a prefabricated additional floor on the roof of the Al-Hamak and Civil Engineering faculties. Interested bidders are asked to contact the Contracts Department at the university presidency.

Tender Scope

The tender covers the construction of an additional floor using prefabricated building systems above the faculties' building in Idlib city. The notice was published on 3 November 2026 under number 178553.

Bid Acceptance Conditions

• Initial deposit: 1,670,000 new Syrian pounds, paid at the Contracts Department.
• Final deposit: 10% of the award value.
• Payment methods: a duly certified cheque, cash, or a bank guarantee.
• Currency: transactions are in new Syrian pounds.

Documents for the Technical Offer

The first envelope (technical offer) must contain the following documents:

• A certificate of no criminal conviction.
• Proof that the bidder is not a public employee.
• Chamber of commerce and trader registration.
• A copy of the ID and a written declaration.
• The initial deposit receipt.
• Proof of membership in the contractors' syndicate.
• Proof of subscription with the Arab Advertising Establishment.

The second envelope holds the financial offer.
