Idlib University has announced a sealed-envelope tender, issued under the expedited procedure, for building a garage that includes offices, a yard and a perimeter wall on the university grounds in Idlib. Interested bidders are asked to apply to the contracts department at the university presidency to submit their offers.

Bids are submitted in three envelopes. The first holds the technical offer, the second holds the financial offer, and the third contains both of the previous envelopes.

• Chamber of commerce certificate and trader registration.
• A copy of the ID and a written declaration.
• The receipt for the initial bond.
• Proof of membership in the contractors' syndicate.
• The application to participate in the tender.
• Proof of subscription to the Arab Advertising Establishment.

Offers are received at the General Office Directorate at the university presidency until the end of official working hours on Thursday, 22 October 2026. Offers will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, 25 October 2026.
