The General Company for Drinking Water and Sewage in Homs Governorate has announced internal sealed-envelope tender No. 40 for 2026 for the replacement of the Rabah water network (phase two) in Homs Governorate. The notice states that it is issued under the total-urgency procedure.

Project Scope

The tender covers replacing the water network in Rabah in its second phase, with an implementation period of 180 days. The tender is subject to Law No. 51 of 2004 and Decree No. 450 of 2004.

Value and Financial Guarantees

• Estimated bill of quantities value: SYP 32,811,500.
• Provisional bond: SYP 1,640,575.
• Final bond: 10% of the award value.
• Delay penalty: 0.001% (one per thousand) for each day of delay.
• Warranty period: one year.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must submit complete identification documents and state their full address in the offer. A classification decision issued by the competent authorities is also required, at Category 1 (Excellent) for water and sewage networks. The notice states that any non-compliant offer will be rejected.
