Homs Health Directorate has announced a request for bids, issued for the first time under the full-urgency procedure, covering the supply of three radiography devices. Bids are submitted to the Directorate's registry office until the end of official working hours on the closing day, Wednesday 11 November 2026.

Required Equipment

The request covers the following devices:

• Digital X-ray imaging system supporting mammography: initial bid bond of 750,000 Syrian pounds.
• C-arm radiography device for operating rooms: initial bid bond of 500,000 Syrian pounds.
• Digital X-ray imaging system not supporting mammography: initial bid bond of 910,000 Syrian pounds.

Guarantees and Fees

The notice sets the price of the tender file (conditions booklet) at 1,000 Syrian pounds for each of the three devices. The final guarantee is 10% of the award value.

The late-delivery penalty is one per thousand for each day of delay. Where a bid includes more than one partner, the provisional and final guarantees are provided among the partners.

Execution Period and Bid Validity

The execution period stated for each device is three months. Bidders remain bound to their offers for 180 days, and the nominated contractor is likewise bound to its offer for 180 days.

Obtaining the Conditions Booklet

Companies wishing to take part can obtain the conditions booklet from the Contracts Division of Homs Health Directorate. The notice does not state an estimated value for the devices.
