The Homs Health Directorate has announced a tender for the maintenance of Al-Rayyan Health Center, issued for the first time under the full-speed procedure. The tender carries reference number 134480 and closes on Sunday, 15 November 2026.

Value and Bonds

The directorate set the estimated value of the works at 3,872,339 new Syrian pounds. The financial terms are as follows:

• Initial bond: 200,000 new Syrian pounds.
• Final bond: 10% of the award value.
• Late-delivery penalty: one per thousand for each day of delay.
• Tender file price: 1,000 new Syrian pounds.

Duration and Bid Validity

The execution period is three months. A bidder remains bound by its offer for 180 days, and the same 180-day period applies to the nominated contractor.

Where a bid includes more than one partner, the provisional and final bonds are provided among the partners.

Companion Tender in the Notice

The same notice also covers a second tender for the maintenance and rehabilitation of Zaidal Health Center, with an estimate of 6,671,125 new Syrian pounds and an initial bond of 340,000 new Syrian pounds. It shares the three-month execution period and the 15 November 2026 closing date, with a final bond of 10% of the award value, a penalty of one per thousand per day and a file price of 1,000 new Syrian pounds.
