The Homs Electricity Directorate has announced an internal tender for the rehabilitation of the electrical grid in Sokhna city, covering the second phase of the project related to the Eastern Wadi center. • Temporary guarantee: 694,112 new Syrian pounds.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the award value.

Execution Period and Technical Conditions

The announcing authority set the execution period at thirty calendar days. Bidders must remain bound by their offers for 90 days from the day following the closing of bid submissions. Selected candidates must remain bound by their offer for 90 days from the date of written notification of contract award.

A delay penalty of 0.001 (one per thousand) of the total contract value applies for each day of delay. Bidders must hold a fourth or fifth category classification in electrical works.
