Auction Subject

Homs City Council has issued announcement No. 3090/S, inviting qualified bidders to participate in a public auction for the right to invest in municipally owned warehouses at two separate locations within the city. Each investment contract covers a period of five calendar years.

Projects on Offer

The auction covers two distinct projects:

• Warehouses No. 1 to 5, University Tunnel (second call): Initial guarantee of 200,000 new Syrian pounds. Final guarantee set at 10% of the total investment value for the full contract duration. Auction session: Tuesday, 26 June 2026 at 12:00 noon.
• Warehouse No. 14, Al-Arba'een District (second call): Initial guarantee of 300,000 new Syrian pounds. Final guarantee set at 10% of the total investment value for the full contract duration. Auction session: Wednesday, 3 June 2026 at 12:00 noon.

Participation Conditions

Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of 180 days from the date of the respective auction session. The tender dossier is available for review and purchase at a cost of 500 Syrian pounds.

Submission and Enquiries

Applications must be submitted to the General Registry at Homs City Council headquarters (adjacent to the Governorate building) no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the relevant auction session.

Offers must be submitted in person to the General Registry at Homs City Council headquarters, located adjacent to the Governorate building, no later than 12:00 noon on the auction date designated for each project. The tender dossier may be purchased on-site for 500 Syrian pounds.
