The Hama Governorate Electricity Directorate, part of the General Electricity Company, has announced internal tender No. 111 for the civil and electrical works needed to replace 20 kV underground medium-voltage cables. The tender follows the addition or reduction bidding method.

Scope of Works

The works cover replacing the underground cables between the Al-Jawash transformer substation and the Traffic Garden substation (inside the city). They are to be carried out according to the tender file, the legal and technical specifications and the drawings prepared for this purpose.

Value and Guarantees

• Estimated value: SYP 1,739,460 (new Syrian pounds).
• Provisional guarantee: SYP 86,973 (new Syrian pounds).
• Final guarantee: ten percent of the award value.
• Execution period: 29 days.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must be classified in electrical works, in the fourth or fifth category. A bid is accepted only with a certificate from the Arab Establishment for Advertising showing that the bidder has subscribed to the official advertisements bulletin for the tender year.

Bidders remain bound by their offers for three months, starting from the day after the submission period ends.

Offers are received until the end of official working hours on Monday, 23 November 2026. The notice sets the opening of offers at 12:00 on Tuesday, 24 November 2026. Interested parties may visit the Contracts Department to obtain the specifications book for SYP 3,000 (new Syrian pounds).
