Invitation to tender (ITT) for the provision of a "Framework agreement of IT Equipment's Three LOTs". GIZ invites eligible bidders to supply IT equipment in accordance with Annex 1 (Technical Specification). The tender contains multiple Lots. Interested companies may apply for one or more lots. The lots will be allocated according to the most economic overall result.

Submit bids to: IQ_Quotation@giz.de (Do not add any other GIZ e-mail; otherwise, the offer is unresponsive and invalid).

E-mail subject must be: (Company Name - 10017670 _ Framework agreement of IT Equipment's (LOT Number))

Separate e-mails shall be used for the Financial Bid and Technical Bid. The subject must indicate the type.

Financial bid: Must only include the financial bid form (Annex 2).

Technical proposal: Must contain (Annex A, Company Technical offer, legal documents) but exclude all pricing information.

Documents must be in PDF or ZIP format. (MS Word or Excel files will result in disqualification).

E-mail attachments shall not exceed 20MB (send in multiple emails if larger).
