Tender Overview

The General Company for Electricity of Homs Governorate has announced a first-round internal tender for 2026, covering maintenance, rehabilitation and emergency works across dispersed areas of Homs city and its inner rural districts. Estimated Value and Financial Guarantees

The estimated project value is set at 1,990,000 new Syrian pounds (SYP). The provisional guarantee amounts to SYP 74,950, while the final guarantee is fixed at 10% of the awarded contract value. The project dossier may be obtained from the Contracts Department at a cost of SYP 3,000.

Execution Conditions and Binding Period

  • Execution period: 120 calendar days from the date of award.
  • Bidder binding period: 90 days from the day following the submission deadline.
  • Delay penalties: 0.001% (one per thousand) of the total contract value per day of delay.

Classification Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid classification of Grade Four, Five, or Six in the electrical works specialty, as recognized by the relevant Syrian classification authorities.

Offers must be submitted to the company's General Registry no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 2 August 2026, accompanied by all required supporting documents. The tender session will be held on Monday, 3 August 2026 at 10:00 AM.
