The General Company for Electricity of Deir ez-Zor Governorate has announced internal tender No. 3 for the year 2026, issued pursuant to Law No. 51 of 2004, for the construction of a double transformer substation at Al-Kubba Park in the city of Deir ez-Zor. The tender follows a sealed-envelope submission method (combined bid format).

The tender covers all civil and electrical construction works required to establish the double transformer substation in accordance with the technical specifications booklet and the legal and financial conditions booklet prepared for this purpose. • Awarded contractor binding period: Three months from the day following notification of contract award

Submission Deadline and Envelope Opening

The deadline for offer submission is 14:00 on Sunday, 5 July 2026. Envelopes will be opened at the company's premises on Monday, 6 July 2026, at 12:00 noon.
