The Aleppo branch of the Syrian Grain Establishment has announced a request for price offers on a fully expedited basis, for the second time, covering the dismantling and reassembly of metal silo components. The notice is classified as works.

Scope of the Request

The works cover dismantling and reassembling metal silo parts at four sites:

• Manbij
• Sarin
• Jub Madi
• Tal al-Sous

Execution follows the legal and financial specifications book No. 8/16/26/438 dated 5 October 2026, and the technical specifications book No. 460/S/4/16/26 dated 4 October 2026.

Duration and Guarantees

The execution period is twenty days from the date the contractor is notified of the order to commence. The preliminary (provisional) guarantee is SYP 150,000, stated as one hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds. The final guarantee is 10% of the total contract value.

Validity Periods and Legal Provisions

• A bidder remains bound by its offer for thirty days, starting the day after the submission period ends.
• The shortlisted contractor remains bound by its offer for thirty days, starting the day after notification of the award.
• The remaining terms follow Contracts Law No. 51 of 2004 and the General Conditions Book issued under Decree No. 450 of 2004.

Dates and Document Fee

The last date for accepting offers is the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 18 November 2026. Offers are opened at 10:00 on Thursday, 19 November 2026. The tender file costs SYP 1,000.
