The Aleppo branch of the Syrian Grain Establishment, part of the General Establishment for Grain Trade and Processing, has issued a request for price offers on an urgent basis, for the second time, covering the dismantling and reassembly of metal silo components. The notice is classified under works.

Scope of Works

The works cover dismantling the metal silo sections and reassembling them at the sites named in the notice. They are governed by legal and financial specifications no. 8/16/26/438 dated 5 October 2026 and technical specifications no. 460/S/4/16/26 dated 4 October 2026.

Work Locations

The notice names four work sites:

• Manbij
• Sarrin
• Jub Madi
• Tal al-Sous

Duration and Guarantees

• Execution period: 20 days from the date the contractor is notified of the commencement order.
• Preliminary (provisional) guarantee: SYP 150,000.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the total contract value.
• Bidder's offer validity: 30 days, starting the day after the submission period ends.
• Nominated contractor's offer validity: 30 days, starting the day after notification of the award.

All other conditions follow Contracts Law no. 51 of 2004 and the General Conditions Book issued under Decree no. 450 of 2004. The tender file costs SYP 1,000.

The deadline for receiving offers is the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 18 November 2026. Offers will be opened at 10:00 on Thursday, 19 November 2026. Offers are submitted to the General Registry at the establishment's Aleppo branch.
