The Technical Services Directorate in Deir ez-Zor Governorate has announced a sealed-envelope public tender, issued for the second time on an urgent basis, for the rehabilitation of a number of roads across the governorate, funded from the 2026 investment budget.
The tender covers road rehabilitation works in five different areas of the governorate:
The combined estimated value of all projects totals approximately SYP 63.6 million. The projects are divisible, allowing contractors to bid for one or more of the listed works.
The tender is governed by General Terms Booklet No. 450 of 2004 and the Unified Contracts Regulation No. 51 of 2004. Bidders must submit two sealed envelopes placed inside a third sealed envelope addressed to the directorate. The first envelope must contain the participation request and supporting documents required under Article 11 of the Contracts Regulation, along with an initial deposit (bid bond) of 5% of the estimated contract value. The second envelope must contain the financial and commercial offer with itemized and total price schedules.
The directorate set the end of official working hours on Sunday, September 13, 2026, as the final deadline for submitting offers, with bid opening scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Governorate's General Secretariat.
Interested bidders may obtain the tender file from the Technical Services Directorate in Deir ez-Zor after paying a fee of SYP 2,500 at the Finance Directorate and attaching the payment receipt.
How to Apply
Offers must be submitted to the office of the Deir ez-Zor Technical Services Directorate, accompanied by the required supporting documents, in two sealed envelopes placed inside a third sealed envelope addressed to the directorate, indicating the subject, bidder's name, submission deadline, and phone/fax numbers. The first envelope must contain the participation request, supporting documents and a 5% bid bond of the estimated value. The second envelope must contain the financial and commercial offer with price schedules. Bidders are bound by their offer for 30 days. The tender file can be obtained after paying SYP 2,500 at the Finance Directorate.
