The Deir ez-Zor Governorate Electricity Administration, part of the General Establishment for Electricity, has announced internal tender no. 14 of 2026, to be conducted by sealed envelope under Law No. 51 of 2004.

Tender Subject

The tender covers the rehabilitation of the Salhiyah building (operations section) in Halabiyah, phase one. It is run on an (add and deduct) basis, in line with the technical specifications and the legal and financial specifications attached to the notice.

Value and Bonds

• Estimated value: SYP 7,935,490.
• Initial bond: SYP 396,775.
• Final bond: 10% of the total contract value, payable within three days of award.

Duration and Penalties

The execution period is 60 calendar days, starting from the date the work site is handed over. The delay penalty is one per thousand (0.001) of the total contract value for each day of delay, capped at 20% of the total value.

Bid Validity

Bidders remain bound by their offers for three months from the day after the bid submission period ends. The shortlisted contractor remains bound for three months from the day after being notified of the award.
