The Technical Services Directorate in Daraa has announced an internal, fast-track tender in sealed envelopes, using the addition or discount method, for the construction and rehabilitation of roads in Daraa governorate. Works are to follow the special technical, financial and legal specification books and the bills of quantities and prices.

Tender Scope

The tender covers 12 road projects, each with an execution period of 8 to 15 calendar days. Estimated values per project range from SYP 735,000 to SYP 5,040,000, and the listed estimates total SYP 36,150,700.

Listed Projects

The projects are listed below as stated in the notice, with estimated value (in new Syrian pounds) and execution period:

• Agricultural road from Ayb to the Khbab lands, 2 km long and 6 m wide: 5,040,000 (15 days).
• Agricultural road from Karim al-Shamali to the highway, 2 km long and 5 m wide: 4,560,000 (15 days).
• Agricultural road linking the northern quarter of Ayb village to the main road, 500 m long and 5 m wide: 1,490,000 (8 days).
• Sheikh Saad road, 1 km long and 5 m wide: 2,280,000 (12 days).
• Old Samaj road, 1 km long and 6 m wide: 3,504,000 (14 days).
• Road in Abu Daliya farm, 0.85 km long and 5 m wide: 3,996,000 (14 days).
• Samad Dhibeen road, 1 km long and 6 m wide: 3,210,100 (14 days).
• Jnein-School road, 400 m long and 5 m wide: 3,504,000 (14 days).
• Jnein entrance road, 350 m long and 5 m wide: 2,145,600 (12 days).
• Road in the southwestern part of Busra city, 3,410 m long and 5 m wide: 840,000 (8 days).
• Al-Mistah farm, al-Qaysumiyah, al-Taf/al-Musmiyah road, 4 km long and width of 5: 735,000 (8 days).
• Road in al-Rihaniyah, under Jlein municipality, 300 m long and 6 m wide: 4,846,000 (15 days).

Bonds and Financial Terms

• Initial bond: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final bond: 10% of the award value, payable within ten days of the tender award date.
• Delay penalty: one per thousand (0.001) for each day of delay.
• Bidder and nominated contractor remain bound by their offer for 150 days.
• Tender file price: SYP 1,000.

Deadlines and Legal Basis

The last time for submitting offers is 15:00 on Tuesday, 3 November 2026, with offers to be opened at 10:00 the next morning. Matters not covered by the notice fall under Law No. 51 of 2004 and its executive regulations, and the General Conditions Book issued under Decree No. 450 of 2004.
