About the Notice

The Daraa Endowments Directorate has announced a public auction, held for the second time, to invest in Waqf property No. 651 in the Umm al-Mayazen real estate area. The notice was issued under Decision No. 98, dated 13 September 2026, issued by the Director of Daraa Endowments.

The investment follows the special terms books (financial, legal and technical) prepared by the Directorate for this purpose, under Law No. 31 of 2018 and the Contracts Regulation No. 51 of 2004.

Property Details and Financial Terms

The notice sets out the following figures:

• Property number: 651, Umm al-Mayazen real estate area.
• Area offered for investment: 28,026 dunums, as stated in the notice.
• Initial monthly investment fee for the auction: SYP 1,250.
• Initial deposit: SYP 10,000.
• Final deposit: SYP 20,000.

Investment Term and Offer Validity

The investment term is three years, starting from the date of the commencement and handover order. Bidders remain bound by their offers for 30 days.

Participation Requirements

Those wishing to take part should visit the registry office of the Endowments Directorate in Daraa during official working hours to obtain the special terms book, priced at SYP 500. Applicants should bring the following documents:

• A judicial record extract (no convictions).
• A non-employee certificate.

The participation request must carry a stamp worth SYP 1,500 and state the bidder's address and chosen domicile, along with the name of the bidder's agent, if any.

Auction Date and Venue

The auction will take place at the Directorate's headquarters in Daraa, located in the Airport neighbourhood next to Khalid ibn al-Walid Mosque (the former Al-Furqan Institute), at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 12 November 2026.
