The Daraa Governorate Electricity Directorate, part of the General Electricity Company, has announced tender No. 19, an accelerated procedure issued for the second time, for the maintenance and rehabilitation of the Busr al-Harir workshop.

Tender Scope

The tender covers the maintenance and rehabilitation of the Busr al-Harir workshop in Daraa governorate. The notice lists it under miscellaneous works, and it is a works contract to be carried out after award in line with the tender book issued by the Directorate.

Value and Deposits

• Estimated value: SYP 1,189,336 (one million one hundred eighty-nine thousand three hundred thirty-six Syrian pounds).
• Provisional deposit: SYP 59,467, payable by a certified bank cheque to the order of the Directorate or by an official-form bank guarantee.
• Final deposit: 10% of the award value.

Execution and Warranty Periods

• Bid validity is 60 days, starting the day after the bid submission period ends.
• Execution time is 45 days from the date of the commencement order.
• The project warranty runs for a full year from the date of provisional handover.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be classified in the fifth grade with the Contractors Syndicate, and fourth-grade contractors are also accepted. The tender book is obtained from the Directorate's contracts department for SYP 3,000, payable before participation.
