• Final guarantee: 10 percent of the contract value.

• Execution period: 30 calendar days from the date the work order is signed.
• Bid validity for bidders: 60 calendar days starting the day after the submission deadline.
• Commitment period for the awarded contractor: 90 calendar days from the date of notification of contract award.

Submission Deadline

The deadline for submitting bids is the end of official working hours on 23 September 2026. Bids must be delivered by hand in a sealed, stamped envelope to the ministry's General Directorate at the same address. The bid-opening date will be determined later and communicated to bidders.

The tender file may be purchased for 5,000 Syrian pounds (non-refundable), starting the day after the announcement date until 23 September 2026, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except Fridays and Saturdays.

Bids must be submitted by hand in a sealed, stamped envelope to the General Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management, Damascus, Baramkeh, Al-Yasmine Sports City, next to Sham Private University, before the end of official working hours on 23 September 2026.
