Tender Subject

Syria's Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management has announced tender No. MEDM-M-0003352-26 for the repair of the Abu Jarash warehouses, to be carried out according to the project's technical, legal and financial terms of reference.

Financial Terms

• Provisional guarantee: SYP 193,417 (one hundred ninety three thousand four hundred seventeen Syrian pounds).
• Final guarantee: 10 percent of the contract value.
• Payment currency: Syrian pound.

Execution and Bid Validity Periods

The ministry set the execution period at 30 calendar days from the date the start order is signed. Bidders must keep their offers valid for 60 calendar days from the day following the close of the submission period, while the winning contractor's commitment period extends to 90 calendar days from the date of notification of contract award.

Participation Requirements

Interested parties must visit the General Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management, located in Damascus, Baramkeh district, Al Yasmin sports city, next to Sham Private University, to obtain the tender file for a non-refundable fee of SYP 5,000.

The file may be purchased starting the day after the announcement date and until 23 September 2026, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except Fridays and Saturdays.

Submission and Bid Opening

The deadline for submitting bids is the end of official working hours on 23 September 2026. Bids must be delivered by hand in a sealed, stamped envelope to the ministry's General Directorate at the same address. The bid opening date will be announced later and communicated to bidders.
