The General Company for Electricity of Idlib Governorate has announced Tender No. 3 (standard urgency), conducted by the addition or deduction method, for the execution of civil works required to rehabilitate the emergency building in the town of Al-Tamanaa, located in the Al-Tamanaa sub-district of southern Idlib Governorate.

All works are to be carried out in accordance with the specifications set out in the tender dossier, including the legal and technical conditions booklets and the relevant engineering drawings.

Financial Details

• Estimated Value: 1,425,500 new Syrian Pounds
• Provisional Guarantee: 5% of the estimated value, equivalent to 71,275 new Syrian Pounds
• Final Guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value

Execution Period

Sixty (60) days from the date of contract award.

Interested parties must visit the Contracts Department of the General Company for Electricity of Idlib Governorate to obtain the tender dossier against a fee of 3,000 new Syrian Pounds.

Bidders are required to submit a certificate issued by the Arab Advertising Corporation confirming subscription to the official announcements bulletin for the year of the bid, in addition to all documents stipulated under Article (11) of Contracts Regulation No. 51 of 2004.

Deadline for submission: end of official working hours on Monday, 18 May 2026. Offers remain binding for three months from the day following the submission deadline.
