The Electricity Administration of Idlib Governorate has announced an open tender, referenced as Nos. 6 and 7 (second call), covering civil works for the rehabilitation of two administrative facilities under its jurisdiction. The tender is conducted by the addition or deduction method (Damm or Tanzeel).

Scope of the Projects

The tender encompasses two distinct projects offered simultaneously:

• Project No. 6: Rehabilitation of the administrative building in Maarat al-Numan, with an estimated value of 2,408,000 new Syrian Pounds and an execution period of 75 days.
• Project No. 7: Rehabilitation of the administrative building in Abu al-Duhur, with an estimated value of 4,017,250 new Syrian Pounds and an execution period of 120 days.

The combined estimated value of both projects amounts to 6,425,250 new Syrian Pounds.

Classification and Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must hold a minimum classification of Building, Fourth Category. Each applicant is required to submit a certificate issued by the Arab Advertising Corporation confirming active subscription to the official announcements bulletin for the year of the tender, in addition to all documents stipulated under Article 11 of Contracts Regulation No. 51 of 2004.

Bid Bond and Tender Dossier

The initial bid bond is set at 120,400 SYP for Project No. 6 and 200,862 SYP for Project No. 7. The tender dossier is priced at 3,000 SYP per project and is available from the Contracts Department of the issuing authority. Bidders are bound by their submitted offers for a period of three months from the day following the submission deadline.
