The Arab Private University for Science and Technology has announced an invitation for offers to award, by direct negotiation, a project for the construction and operation of a student services center within its campus under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) scheme.
The project covers the construction and operation of student service facilities including a cafeteria, a library, and sports courts, in accordance with the technical, financial and legal terms and conditions set for the purpose. The university campus is located on the international highway connecting Homs and Hama governorates.
The final deadline for submitting offers is Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 12:00 noon. Review and submission of offers take place directly at the premises of the Arab Private University for Science and Technology.
The Arab Private University for Science and Technology is a private Syrian university established in 2007, located on the international highway between Homs and Hama governorates, and hosts several faculties including engineering, pharmacy and dentistry.
