The Arab Private University for Science and Technology has announced an invitation for offers to award, by direct negotiation, a project for the construction and operation of a student services center within its campus under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) scheme.

Project Scope

The project covers the construction and operation of student service facilities including a cafeteria, a library, and sports courts, in accordance with the technical, financial and legal terms and conditions set for the purpose. The university campus is located on the international highway connecting Homs and Hama governorates.

Financial Contract Terms

• Initial guarantee: ten thousand new Syrian pounds.
• Final guarantee: 2% of the contract value.
• Execution period: four years.
• Bid validity period: 30 days starting the day after the final submission date.

Deadlines and Submission

The final deadline for submitting offers is Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 12:00 noon. Review and submission of offers take place directly at the premises of the Arab Private University for Science and Technology.
