The General Company for Railway Construction has announced a full-speed local tender (بالسرعة الكلية), published as the second local announcement, for the supply of 12,000 m³ of basalt stone to its crushers division at Khirbet al-Teen in Homs. The tender number is 6477.

Scope of Supply

The notice covers the supply of 12,000 cubic metres of basalt stone, to be delivered to the crushers division at Khirbet al-Teen in Homs. The notice states that the tender may be split, with awards made according to the most suitable price.

Contractual Framework

The tender is conducted under the following instruments:

• The Unified Public Entities Contracts System issued by Law No. 51 of 2004.
• The General Conditions Book issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004.
• The special technical specifications and the special legal and financial conditions books.

Deposits and Periods

• Initial deposit: SYP 420,000.
• Final deposit: 10% of the award value.
• Submission period: 40 effective days.
• Bidder's commitment to its offer: 90 days from the day after the submission period ends.
• Nominated contractor's commitment: 90 days from the day after the award order is notified.

Submission and Opening

Offers go to the registry of the General Company for Railway Construction in Aleppo, or may be sent by registered mail. Either way, they must arrive and be registered at the company's registry before the end of official working hours on Monday, 2 November 2026. The registry is on the Sheikh Maqsoud highway, opposite the Al-Jalaa Club. Offers will be opened at 10:00 on Tuesday, 3 November 2026.
