Auction Subject

The Damascus Sports and Youth Directorate has announced an auction for the construction and equipping of an amusement park and a family hall at Al-Fayha Sports Club (Dummar Project), in line with the technical, legal and financial conditions booklet available at the Directorate's headquarters.

The auction is held at the Directorate's headquarters in Al-Fayha Sports City, Damascus.

Investment Term

The investment term is seven calendar years, starting from the date the investor receives the commencement order. A free six-month fit-out period is added at the end of the contract.

Financial Terms

• Estimated annual fee at which bidding opens: USD 38,000.
• Preliminary guarantee: USD 3,700, payable in cash into the Directorate's account, by certified cheque or by bank guarantee.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the total investment fee for all years, payable in cash, by certified cheque, by transfer or by bank guarantee.
• Conditions booklet: SYP 10,000 (new currency) per copy, paid into the Directorate's account.
• Advertising fees are borne by the winning bidder.

Key Dates

Submission of offers begins on the date the notice is published in the Official Gazette and closes at the end of official working hours on Sunday 15/11/2026.

The auction is set for Monday 16/11/2026 at 12:00 noon. A bidder remains bound by its offer for ninety days from the closing date for submissions.
