Ibn Sina Hospital in Rif Dimashq Governorate has announced a call for price offers to implement an alternative energy project, in accordance with the technical, financial, and legal specifications set out in the official tender dossier. Financial Conditions and Guarantees

• Provisional guarantee: SYP 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds).
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Delay penalty: 0.001 (one per thousand) of the contract value per day of delay, not to exceed 20% of the total contract value.
• Tender dossier fee: SYP 5,000.

Execution Period and Binding Commitments

The project execution period is set at 45 days, commencing the day after the work site is handed over. Bidders remain bound by their offers for one month from the date of bid opening, with automatic renewal in accordance with applicable contracting regulations. A shortlisted bidder remains bound for one month from the date of their nomination as a candidate contractor.

Submission and Bid Opening

Offers must be submitted to the Rural Damascus Health Directorate no later than the end of official working hours on Sunday, 16 August 2026. Bids will be opened on the following day.
