Tender Overview

The Syrian Electricity Company, through the Aleppo Power Plant administration, has announced internal tender No. 15, issued for the second time on an urgent basis. It covers the supply of rotary air preheater cells for preheaters A and B of the two units. The tender is registered under number 106344.

The plant is located on the Aleppo-Raqqa main road near Tell Abu Danna. Offers are delivered there, and the tender session is held at the same site.

Supply Requirements

• Supplied materials must be new and not refurbished.
• Supply period of 90 calendar days.
• Delivery location: the ground of the company's warehouses.
• Warranty period of one calendar year.
• Bidders remain bound by their offers for 90 days, and the nominated contractor is likewise bound for 90 days.

Guarantees and Penalties

The provisional guarantee is set at SYP 4,421,496 and is submitted in line with the special financial and legal conditions booklet. The final guarantee is 10% of the contract value.

The delay penalty is one per thousand of the total contract value for each day of delay, capped at 20% of the total contract value.
