The Syrian Electricity Company has announced an internal tender for the construction and rehabilitation of public stone centers in the Al-Marjeh neighborhood of Aleppo, part of its ongoing technical infrastructure activity in the governorate's electricity sector.

Scope of Work

The tender covers construction and rehabilitation works for public stone centers located in Al-Marjeh. Execution begins the day after the start order is issued and continues for a full calendar year.

Financial Conditions

• Estimated valuation: based on unit prices.
• Temporary guarantee: 500,000 new Syrian pounds.
• Final guarantee: 1,000,000 new Syrian pounds.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must be a practicing civil engineer or a contractor registered with the Contractors' Syndicate in the (construction) specialty, ranging from Excellent grade down to Third grade. Bidders remain bound by their offers for three months from the day following the closing date.

Interested parties should contact the Contracts Department at the Aleppo Governorate Electricity Directorate to obtain the terms booklet, against a fee of 5,000 new Syrian pounds.
