Syrian Telecom's Aleppo branch, in cooperation with the Manbij district administration, has opened the floor for investment offers under a Build Operate Transfer (BOT) model to implement a fiber to the home (FTTH) network project in the city of Manbij, Aleppo governorate.

Project Scope

The project involves establishing fiber optic network infrastructure in Manbij, in accordance with the technical conditions and specifications approved by Syrian Telecom. Under the BOT framework, the selected investor would build and operate the network for an agreed contract period before its eventual transfer.

Submission Requirements

Interested parties must submit their offers in a sealed envelope containing two elements:

• A technical study outlining the implementation methodology and compliance with approved specifications.
• A financial study demonstrating the investment feasibility of the project.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any offer in accordance with its approved regulations and bylaws.

Deadline and Submission Location

The final deadline for submitting offers is October 25, 2026. Offers must be delivered in person to the Internet Supply Office, second floor, Housing Union Post Building, Al Zahraa area, Aleppo.
