The General Company for Railway Construction has issued a second-call local tender, on an accelerated basis, to supply and install a steam boiler with a capacity of 1,000 kg of steam per hour, complete with all necessary equipment and accessories. The installation site is the company's concrete products plant directorate in Aleppo.

Scope of Work

The tender covers the supply and installation of a steam boiler at the specified capacity, along with all required equipment and accessories for its operation. The process follows the unified public entities contracts system issued under Law No. 51 of 2004, the general conditions booklet issued under Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and the tender's specific technical, legal and financial condition documents.

Bonds and Timelines

• Initial guarantee: SYP 150,000.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Execution period: 30 calendar days.
• Bidder's commitment to their offer: 90 days from the day following the submission deadline.
• Awarded contractor's commitment: 90 days from notification of the award decision.
