The General Company for Railway Construction, affiliated with the Ministry of Transport, has announced a fast-track local tender to supply and install a steam boiler with a capacity of 1000 kg of steam per hour, complete with all necessary equipment and accessories.

Scope of the Tender

The tender covers the supply and installation of the steam boiler at the Directorate of Concrete Products Plants in Aleppo, carried out under the Unified Public Entities Contracts System issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the General Conditions Book issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and the specific technical, legal and financial terms.

Submission Location and Deadline

Bids must be submitted to the company's office in Aleppo, or sent by registered mail provided they arrive and are recorded at the company's registry located on Sheikh Maqsoud Highway opposite Al-Jalaa Club, before the end of official working hours on Sunday, September 6, 2026.

Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 7, 2026. All bidders are required to attend the bid-opening session or send an authorized representative; failure to attend means the submitted price will be considered final.

Financial Terms

• Initial deposit: SYP 150,000.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the awarded contract value.
• Execution period: 60 calendar days.
• Bidder's commitment period: 90 days from the day following the submission deadline.
• Awarded contractor's commitment period: 90 days from the date of notification of the award.
