Aleppo Industrial City has announced a second-round sealed-envelope tender for infrastructure works covering stormwater, saline and industrial sewage, as well as drinking and industrial water networks. The project serves service plots that have been converted into industrial lots within the categories (zones) of Aleppo Industrial City.

Project Scope

The project covers the following infrastructure networks:

• Stormwater sewage.
• Saline and industrial sewage.
• Drinking and industrial water.

Works are to be carried out on the service plots that were converted into industrial lots inside the city.

Value and Financial Guarantees

The estimated value of the bill of quantities is SYP 122,250,360. The financial terms are set as follows:

• Initial bond: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final bond: 10% of the award value.
• Late-delivery penalty: 0.1% (one per thousand) of the award value.

Duration and Contractor Requirements

The execution period is 360 days, and the warranty period is one calendar year. Contractors must hold the Excellent category classification in water and sewage networks and dams.

The deadline for submitting bids is the end of working hours on Wednesday, 11 November 2026. The bid opening session is set for 11:00 on Thursday, 12 November 2026, at the tender committee's seat in the office of the head of the financial affairs department at Aleppo Industrial City.
