Aleppo Health Directorate has announced a sealed-envelope tender, issued for the first time under the fully expedited procedure, for the restoration and rehabilitation of the comprehensive clinics in Al-Safira in the Aleppo countryside.

Tender Scope

The project covers restoration and rehabilitation works at the comprehensive clinics in Al-Safira. The directorate is running the tender under the contracts system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004.

Value and Guarantees

• Estimated value: SYP 38,963,350.
• Initial deposit: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final deposit: 10% of the award value.
• Delay penalty: one per thousand for each day of delay.

Duration and Warranty

The execution period is set at 150 days. The warranty lasts one full year from the date of provisional handover.

Bidders remain bound by their offers for one hundred and eighty days from the end of the submission period. For the nominated bidder, the period is one hundred and eighty days from the date of notification of the award.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must submit a contractor classification certificate in the first or excellent category, in the building specialization. They must also provide the supporting documents required by the contracts system, along with a financial offer, in the envelope format described in the submission instructions.
