The Aleppo Governorate Electricity Directorate has announced internal tender no. 47 of 2026 (notice number 107020) for new underground low-voltage network works in Sheikh Najjar Industrial City, Aleppo.

Scope of Works

The tender covers the following works, as set out in the tender file and the special and general conditions booklets:

• Excavation of pits and trenches.
• Relocation and laying of cables.
• Backfilling of the excavations after completion.

The estimate is based on unit prices, and the notice does not state a total estimated value.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must be a practising electrical engineer or a contractor registered with the Contractors Syndicate in the electrical specialisation, Category Five or Six.

A bidder remains bound by its offer for three months, counted from the day after the stated closing date.

Bonds and Duration

• Provisional bond: 75,000 Syrian pounds.
• Final bond: 150,000 Syrian pounds.
• Execution period: one calendar year, starting the day after the commencement order.
