The Presidency of Aleppo City Council has announced a sealed-envelope tender for the rehabilitation of Hanano Park in the Hanano Housing district of Aleppo. The notice is issued for the first time under the full-speed procedure, and the tender is run through the council's Directorate of Financial Affairs under number 106811.

Scope and Value

The estimated value of the works is SYP 46,284,195 (new currency). The execution period is set at 90 days.

The required specialisation is building works, excellent grade. Payment will follow the appropriations allocated in the 2026 budget, and the contractor bears the full cost of the tender advertisements, however many times they appear.

Bonds and Financial Terms

• Tender document fee: SYP 1,500 (new currency).
• Initial bond: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final bond: 10% of the total contract value.
• Late-delivery penalty: 0.1% (one per thousand) of the total contract value for each day of delay.
• Warranty period: one full year from the date of the provisional handover record.

Contracting Conditions

If a bid includes partners, all partners must jointly provide the provisional and final bonds. The contractor must pay the final bond within 15 days at most of being notified of the award, without a further warning, otherwise the initial bond is forfeited.

The nominated contractor remains bound to its offer for 160 days from notification of the award, while a bidder is bound for 20 days.

Bids are accepted until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, 11 November 2026, and are opened at 12:00 on Thursday, 12 November 2026.
