The town of Al-Akari in Homs governorate has announced, for the second time, its need to carry out a project to replace sewage lines. The notice carries tender number 134093 and was published on 12 October 2026.

Project Scope

The project covers the replacement of sewage lines in the town. The municipality set the estimated bill of quantities value at SYP 662,094 and the execution period at 30 days.

Financial and Contract Terms

• Initial guarantee: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final guarantee: 10% of the award value.
• Late-delivery penalty: 0.001 of the contract value.
• Bid validity period: 90 days.

Required Documents

Bids must be accompanied by identity documents, a classification certificate and the initial guarantee, which must be submitted as a certified cheque or a bank guarantee.
