The Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction (SEBCO), Tartous Branch, has announced a second call for sealed-envelope price offers for the supply and execution of air conditioning works at the Faculty of Technical Engineering, University of Tartous.

Scope of Works

The tender covers the full supply of materials and installation of air conditioning systems within the Faculty of Technical Engineering building at the University of Tartous, in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the special conditions booklet.

Financial Conditions and Guarantees

• Provisional guarantee: SYP 3,350,000 (three million three hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds)
• Final guarantee: 10% of the contract value
• Special conditions booklet fee: SYP 4,000
• Bid validity period: 90 days from submission date

Contract Duration

The execution period is set at 200 calendar days, commencing from the actual start date as stipulated in the contract terms.

Submission and Envelope Opening Dates

The deadline for submitting offers is the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 7 July 2026. Envelopes will be opened at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, at the branch premises.

SEBCO is a public institution operating under the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, with branches across Syrian governorates. The Tartous Branch is located in the Sixth Project area, adjacent to the Civil Affairs directorate in the city of Tartous.

Sealed offers must be submitted in person to the registry of the Syrian Establishment for Building and Construction, Tartous Branch, located in the Sixth Project area adjacent to the Civil Affairs directorate, no later than the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 7 July 2026.

Offers must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee of SYP 3,350,000. The special conditions booklet is available for SYP 4,000. Bidders are bound by their offers for 90 days from the date of submission.
