The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Suwayda, part of the General Establishment for Drinking Water and Sanitation, has announced a domestic request for sealed-envelope offers (tender number 165196). The request covers the supply of submersible pumping sets of various capacities.

Tender Scope

The tender covers 54 submersible pumps of varied capacities for the company's projects, in line with the special conditions prepared for this purpose.

The terms state that offers can be split between bidders for the required sizes.

Deadline and Bonds

Offers are accepted until the end of official working hours on Sunday, 22 November 2026. The tender terms include the following:

• Initial bond: SYP 2,825,000.
• Final bond: 10% of the award value.
• Bidder's commitment to its offer: sixty days from the day after the submission period ends.
• Nominated contractor's commitment to its offer: one hundred and twenty days from the day after written notification of the award.

Execution and Offer Terms

The company set an execution period of forty-five calendar days, starting from the date the contractor receives the commencement order.

Any offer valued above SYP 1,000,000 is rejected unless it is accompanied by a subscription document to the official announcements bulletin.
