The Ministry of Local Administration and Environment has announced a request for offers, under the accelerated (total speed) procedure, to procure sanitation vehicles in line with the legal, financial and technical specification documents issued for the request.

Subject of the Request

The request covers the supply of the following sanitation vehicles:

• Mechanical street sweepers, 25 units.
• Waste container washing and disinfection vehicles, 2 units.

Scope of Supply

The requirement goes beyond delivery of the vehicles. It also includes trial operation and training on their use. Detailed legal, financial and technical conditions are set out in the ministry's specification documents.

Obtaining the Documents

The ministry invites interested parties to review the specification documents at its building in Damascus before preparing their offers.

Submission Deadline

Offers must be submitted before the end of official working hours on Sunday, 1 November 2026. The announcement does not state a reference number or an estimated value for the request.
