The General Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation in Sweida has announced an internal sealed-envelope tender for building a 100 m3 water tank above two service rooms in Tima village, in line with the special conditions prepared for the works. The tender reference number is 165194.

Value and Bonds

• Estimated bill of quantities value: SYP 4,667,206.
• Initial bond: 5% of the estimated value.
• Final bond: 10% of the award value.

Duration and Dates

The execution period is ninety calendar days. Offers are accepted until the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 17 November 2026. Offers will be opened in a public session on Wednesday, 18 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m., in the presence of bidders.

Bidders remain bound by their offers for sixty days from the day after the submission period ends at the company registry. The nominated contractor remains bound for ninety days from the day after written notification that the offer has been awarded.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must be classified under the contractor classification system issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, in the building specialisation, at grade five or six.
