Zabadani Hospital Rehabilitation

The project covers extensive restoration and rehabilitation works at Zabadani Hospital in Rif Dimashq, aimed at raising the hospital's readiness, strengthening the medical services available to residents of Zabadani and surrounding areas, and bringing healthcare closer to them.

Scope of Works

• Expansion of the dialysis department.
• Rehabilitation of the electrical system and lifts.
• Installation of the oxygen system and a blood-storage refrigerator.
• Improvements to heating and ventilation.
• Restoration and equipping of a number of hospital rooms to keep medical services running.

Parties Involved

The works are part of Rif Dimashq Governorate's efforts in the health sector and are followed up by the Governorate in coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the participation of MedGlobal.

Works are ongoing, as announced by Rif Dimashq Governorate in August 2026.
